Our wonderful Christmas puddings have been acclaimed by many top chefs – we supply some well known restaurants and caterers who claim they make their own!

Production starts early in the year to ensure the puddings are fully matured for Christmas. We also supply farm shops & delis with the retail puddings, available in 5 sizes.

Our recipe contains guiness, barley wine & brandy and the finest fruit we can source. We use vegetarian suet.
We make a fabulous Christmas cake containing as much fruit as we can get in – all soaked in brandy – plus pecan nuts & cherries – & do lots of sizes with a variety of decoration. The cakes are available from mid November each year.
Almost as famous as the puddings…our mince pies are made with matured mincemeat made to our special recipe. They are made with vegetable suet, & our pastry is beautifully light.

We make mini mince pies as well as larger ones, & also Viennese & brandy mini pies as well. We can supply farm shops & delis, restaurants & caterers.
